1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to represent our products accurately. That said, colors, textures, and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, or screen settings. Measurements are approximate and slight variations in fabric, dye, or craftsmanship may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or system issues. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, we are unable to edit, modify, or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. If a mistake was made at checkout, please submit a return request once your order is delivered, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders affected by incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

7. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs delays are outside of our control. Refused or unclaimed packages may not qualify for refunds.

8. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We offer a 10-day return and exchange window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Garments with tamper-proof return tags must have those tags fully intact. Returns or exchanges will be refused if the tag has been removed or altered.

9. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported promptly. Claims submitted outside a reasonable timeframe may be denied.

11. Sizing & Fit

Sizing charts are provided as a guide only. Fit may vary by body type, garment style, and personal preference. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to fit when sizing information has been clearly provided.

12. Garment Care

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, drying, heat exposure, alterations, or misuse of garments.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, photography, text, branding, and logos, is the property of Kudsi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse this site or our services. This includes return abuse, chargeback fraud, unauthorized reselling, site scraping, or attempts to interfere with site security or functionality. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

15. User Content & Social Media

If you tag us or share content featuring our products, you grant us permission to repost or use that content for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

16. Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or that products will meet every individual expectation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kudsi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including shipping delays, service interruptions, or lost profits.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kudsi harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.
