Refund policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, we are unable to edit, modify, or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. If a mistake was made at checkout, please submit a return request once your order is delivered, in accordance with the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
At Kudsi, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Tamper-Proof Return Tag
All garments are shipped with a tamper-proof return tag. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if this tag has been removed, altered, or tampered with in any way. This policy applies to all returns and exchanges without exception.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be initiated through your account portal on shopkudsi.com.
- Sign in to your account at shopkudsi.com/account
- Locate the order containing the item you wish to return
- Submit a return request within the 10-day window from the date of delivery
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address, sending instructions, and a return authorization reference by email.
Required: Tamper-Proof Tag Photo Evidence
All returns must be accompanied by photo evidence of the tamper-proof return tag still attached to the garment being returned. Please email the photo(s) to returns@shopkudsi.com, referencing your order number and return request.
If photo evidence is not submitted with your initial request, our team will reach out to request it when reviewing your return. Return approval is subject to receiving this evidence — no return will be processed until the photo confirms the tag is intact and attached to the garment.
Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping & Refund Deductions
Kudsi provides a prepaid return shipping label with every approved return. To keep the process simple, the cost of the label and a $3.50 per-item restock fee are deducted from your refund. Both deductions are itemized on your refund email so you can see exactly how the final amount is calculated.
For international returns, customs duties, import fees, and any other charges incurred during the return journey remain the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the label.
Example: a $225 garment returned via a $12 domestic label = refund of $225 − $12 (label) − $3.50 (restock) = $209.50.
Original outbound shipping charges (if any) and any duties paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet the criteria of this policy — for example, if the tamper-proof tag has been removed or altered, the garment shows signs of wear or washing, or it fails our sanitary inspection — we will notify you by email and offer two options:
- Have the item returned to you. The cost of the return shipping label will be your responsibility and is payable before the parcel is dispatched.
- Have us dispose of the item on your behalf. Disposal is at no additional charge.
You may choose how to proceed. If no response is received within 14 days of our notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status by email.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end
- Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your statement
- Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@shopkudsi.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 10-day window, tamper-proof tag, and refund-deduction rules as returns. The cost of the prepaid return label and the $3.50 per-item restock fee are deducted from the refund issued before a new order is placed.
For the fastest turnaround, we recommend returning the original item first; once the return is approved and the refund issued, you may place a new order for the desired piece.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@shopkudsi.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the case promptly and, if confirmed, cover the cost of the return label, waive the restock fee, and provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note:
- The 10-day return window begins on the date of delivery.
- A prepaid international return label is provided, and its cost is deducted from the refund along with the $3.50 per-item restock fee.
- Customs duties, import fees, and any other charges incurred during the return journey remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Kudsi is not liable for parcels held, delayed, or refused by customs.
- Original outbound shipping and any duties paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Items missing or with an altered tamper-proof tag
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
