U.S. shipping is a flat $10 USD, with free U.S. shipping on orders over $200 (after discounts, before taxes). For Canadian orders, we offer a flat $25 USD rate. International (rest of world) shipping is calculated by UPS at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

You may submit a return request within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned with the tamper-proof return tag intact and attached
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Once the tamper-proof tag is removed or altered, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange — without exception.

All returns must be accompanied by photo evidence of the tamper-proof tag still attached to the garment, emailed to returns@shopkudsi.com. If not submitted at the time of request, our team will reach out for it during review — return approval is subject to this evidence.

All returns are initiated through your account portal on shopkudsi.com.

2. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return
3. Submit a return request within the 10-day window from the date of delivery

Required: Email photo evidence of the tamper-proof return tag still attached to the garment to returns@shopkudsi.com, referencing your order number. If you do not include this with your initial request, our team will reach out when reviewing your return — approval is subject to receiving this evidence.

Once approved, we will email the return address, instructions, and a return authorization reference.

Kudsi provides a prepaid return shipping label with every approved return. The cost of that label and a $3.50 per-item restock fee are deducted from your refund, and both are itemized on your refund email.

Example: a $225 garment returned via a $12 domestic label = refund of $225 − $12 (label) − $3.50 (restock) = $209.50.

For international returns, customs duties, import fees, and any other return-journey charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

To expedite an exchange, we kindly ask that the original item be returned and a new order placed once the return is approved. The same 10-day window and tamper-proof tag requirements apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow up to 10 business days for processing on our end. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your statement.

If your returned item does not meet our return criteria — for example, the tamper-proof tag has been removed or altered, the garment shows signs of wear or washing, or it fails our sanitary inspection — we will email you with two options:

1. Have the item shipped back to you. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
2. Have us dispose of the item. Disposal is at no additional charge.

If no response is received within 14 days of our notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
