At Kudsi, every order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your pieces will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.
United States Shipping
All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground from our domestic fulfillment center.
Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $10 USD
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping
Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders $200 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada via UPS at a flat rate.
Standard Canada
5–7 business days
Flat rate: $25 USD, applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
We ship worldwide via UPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

- UPS Worldwide Expedited® — mid-tier international
- UPS Worldwide Express® — fastest international
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Kudsi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
